1.    Contract Structure

An agreement to a Minimum Advertisement Term of 3 months (“minimum period”) under one or more of the following Provisions:

1)    Image advert, homepage, above all news items - AUD$150/half yearly
2)    Image banner, forum header (viewable above every forum area) - AUD$120/half yearly
3)    Image banner, forum footer (viewable below every forum area) - AUD$100/half yearly
4)    Text advert, forum header (viewable below every forum area) - AUD$40/half yearly
5)    Text advert, forum footer (viewable below every forum area) - AUD$30/half yearly

1(a): Payment figures are negotiable if more than one Provision is requested.

1(b): Size and structure of image and text adverts require final approval.

2.    Conditions of Payment

Payments are required, in advance, quarterly (“billing period”) via PayPal™ into the account holder: pan AT terrafirmaclan DOT com

After the minimum period is met, payments are to continue quarterly in advance until contract cancellation.

Cancellation will occur from the final day of the currently paid for quarter if requested.

2(a). Larger billing periods may be negotiated if a long-term contract is confirmed.

3.    Conditions of Cancellation

A contract termination fee (“early cancellation”) for a once off payment of $50AUD is due payable if a cancellation of contract is requested within the minimum period. The remaining amount of payment, paid in advance for the minimum period, is forfeited.

Two (2) weeks prior notice is required for a cancellation of contract and must be submitted in writing to info AT pangamers DOT com

If notification is submitted in less than 2 weeks to the end of a billing period, a subsequent billing period will commence for the minimum period and payment will be necessary and required in advance.

After notice of cancellation, the contract will terminate from the end of the current billing period. If the minimum period has been met, no early cancellation will be charged.

4.    Additional Information

This contract may be altered (within reason) within 30 days of notice to advertisers.
