The ESL Major Series, affectionately known as the EMS is the premier ESL league for titles not featured in the Intel Extreme Masters circuit and CS:S has been a regular title throughout. Last season proved to be one of the best yet and after an enthralling elimination stage it was French side VeryGames who took first place against their rivals Reason Gaming in a one sided grand final. The qualification tournament will begin this Sunday and by the end four teams will have guaranteed themselves spots in the tenth season of the EMS, with €4600 up for grabs.
There will be a total of four 16 team qualification tournaments to allow teams who can’t commit to a single day the chance to play, kicking off on Sunday they will continue through until the 26th of this month. Details can be found below:
Sunday 12th: Qualifier #1
Monday 13th: Qualifier #2
Wednesday 15th: Qualifier #3
Thursday 16th: Qualifier #4
18th – 26th: Finals4x 16 team qualifiers

All games are played in bracket, including 7/8th and 5/6th
